Edward Naylor

Edward (Eddie) D. Naylor, 73, of Garrard County, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 19, 2024, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Eddie was born on June 22, 1950, in Danville Kentucky to William Lynn Naylor and Minnie Pearl Davis Naylor. Eddie was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan and enjoyed watching westerns. He was a lifetime farmer in the Buckeye community.

Aside from his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by a sister, the late Gladys Casey; a brother, the late Eugene Naylor, who perished in the Vietnam War; and a nephew, the late Clell Jason Kurtz.

Survivors include a sister, Phyllis (Clell) Kurtz, of Greenwood, IN; nieces & nephews, Charles (Sharon) Kurtz, Yvonne (Darrell) Collins, Wanda (Buster) Jeffers, all of Indiana, Wesley (Janice) Casey, Timothy Casey, Crystal (Daniel) Cheek, all of Lancaster; great nieces and nephews, Connor Kurtz, Dylan Kurtz, Taylor Kurtz, Jason Collins, Sydney Collins, Tristan Jeffers, all of Indiana, Wesley (Bethany) Casey, Jr., Samantha (Ryan) Weingeroff, Daniel (Kaitlyn) Casey, and Austin Creech, all of Lancaster; and great-great nieces and nephews, Peyton Weingeroff, Sophia Reik, Gage Weingeroff, Easton Casey, Brennyn Casey, all of Lancaster, and Leland Wells, of Indiana.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 23, 2024, at Lancaster Cemetery with Bro. Daryl Hodge officiating and burial following.
