Born on Friday, February 27, 1920 in Garrard County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Freeman & Madie Lois McCarty Wells. Gladys was a farmer & homemaker. She wore many hats during her 102 years. She loved flowers, gardening & canning. She enjoyed cooking, birds, reading, and all of her farm animals. She loved traveling and was always ready to go.
