Kristina Land

Kristina Marie Land, 17, of Stanford, passed away October 31, 2021 at UK Chandler Hospital in Lexington. Born October 20, 2004 in Somerset, she was the daughter of Dale & Donna King Land. Kristina enjoyed art, such as drawing and coloring. She enjoyed singing, facetiming friends, and enjoyed making cooking videos. Kristina also enjoyed visiting the elderly, mentoring younger children, and reading books.

Kristina was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bobby King and her great-grandparents, Nathan & Marie King. In addition to her parents, survivors include grandmother, Edwina King; aunt and uncle, Peggy (Ronnie) Sparks, of Paint Lick; great- aunts and uncles, Billy & Janet King, of Lancaster, and Harold (Lonnie) King, of Bryantsville; cousins, Josh (Dana) Sparks, Kathy (Andy) Floyd, Scott King, Natalie Sutton, and Haven & Macy Hester, all of Lancaster; as well as her best friend, Allayna Coley, and special dog, Rufus.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Mr. Ronnie Sparks officiating, and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Willie Ray, Ronnie Moberly, Andy Floyd, Scott King, Billy C. Doolin, and Billy Joe Osborne. Honorary pallbearers include Allayna Coley and Josh Sparks. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Ramsey-Young Funeral home.
